There are few things more distinctly Canadian than maple syrup. At Winterhill Forest Farm, we make maple syrup the old way in small batches from roughly 200 sugar maple trees. Our syrup ranges from bright golden to full-bodied dark. Our signature amber, intensely flavoured and smooth, has become our hallmark, often described as maple candy in liquid form. Its flavour carries the character of the Niagara Escarpment itself.
